Lovely Jeannie Bell stars as a young woman who goes to The Phillipines to find her brother's killer and gets mixed up in a drug cartel scheme. Cirio Santiago directed this epic blaxploitation/chop sockey epic and this film is highlighted by the topless Bell kicking the shit out of two or three guys in a hotel room. I have NEVER seen this duplicated in any other movie.
If you like non-stop action then this flick is for you.
