An evil doctor is turning beautiful women into mannequins and a bumbling police inspector hasn't a clue as to what is going on. There are a lot of good jokes and double entendres here and the film spoofs everything from Frankenstein to Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.
You have to appreciate British humor to get some good belly laughs out of this and I do recommend this movie for a good time. Kenneth Williams is Doctor Watt and sexy Fenella Fielding is Valaria Watt. The monsters are a good touch as you get one set of identical twin monsters and much more.
