A team of astronauts headed by Perry Rhoden is sent to the moon to rescue a beautiful alien who is seeking help for her dying race. They are soon attacked by bandit robots and evil spies.
Perry Rhoden was a series of books that went to fantastic out of this world places and in this movie they only manage to get to the moon, but what an adventure it is. The female alien is played by gorgeous Essy Persson and there are many weird and interesting things in this film such as a ray that makes cars fly and much more.
Ann Smyrner has a small role as a nurse who carries a rifle with her in what has to be one of the best scenes in the film. I highly recommend this film for fans of bizarre sci-fi.
