I have been a FOR fan for about 47 years and have only seen a few of his movies that I didn't like. I have to admit I haven't seen any of his Christmas movies, and really don't plan on it.
This movie concerns a mysterious killer of strippers in a small strip bar. A late night news anchor named Constance (Catherine Annette) takes it upon herself to investigate the murder of her sister.
She is hired by the boss named Rikki (Tawny Kitean) and she finds that there are many people who might be the killer. She also sees the ghost of her sister at certain times.
The movie moves along at a good pace and wee see many beautiful women in various states of undress, which is always a plus. A friend of Constance named John (Tim Abell) helps her when he can.
The ending for this is a great twist, at least I think so anyway, and it works perfectly. Ray knows how to direct this kind of low budget effort and I recommend it for any FOR fan.
The rest of the cast includes Bobby Rice, Jeneta St. Clair, Erika Jordan, Tiffany Tines, Richard Grieco, Dan Golden, Marliss Amiea, and the always gorgeous Christine Nguyen.
This is also known as "After Midnight". Why the title difference I don't know.
