Grace Lee Whitney appeared as the personal assistant to Capt. James T. Kirk on the first year of the ever popular TV show " Star Trek".
Whitney starred in many TV shows over the years such as "Bat Masterson", "Mannix", "The Outer Limits" and "Batman", but will always be remembered for the Trek role. Her family didn't release the cause of death.
