DEATH TRIP 1967 (SINISTER CINEMA) One of the best of the Kommissar X series stars Tony Kendall as Jo Walker and Brad Harris as Capt. Tom Rowland. In this effort they are looking for stolen LSD. The trail leads them to a far off desert ruin where much of the action takes place.
This film is good fun and should keep any Euro spy fan entertained. The cast also includes Herbert Fux and Olga Schoberova.
REFUGE OF FEAR 1974 (SINISTER CINEMA) Five people, a husband, wife and their son, plus another couple are forced to live together in a shelter after a nuclear war.
Things seem well at first, but an affair between the son an the wife of the other couple as well as supplies that are getting low start to tear the fiber of the group apart. Total chaos takes over as the son decides to go out into the ruins of the city an dies from radiation.
The others fight among themselves and kill each other until only one is left. This is a pretty powerful film. The film stars Patty Sheppard, Craig Hill, Teresa Gimpera and Fernando Hilbeck.
