Carter appeared in hundreds of TV shows and movies in his 70 plus year career. I remember him from most of his TV appearences and also from the 1980 film "Alligator" in which he turned in a great performance as the Mayor and in "The Sex Symbol" with luscious Connie Stevens.
The TV show I remember him from most is Batman in which he played "Hot Rod Harry" in two episodes entitled "It's How You Play The Game" and "Come Back Shame".
