In the 15th century, a monk uses a vampire mistress and a one eyed hunchback to commit murders for him, all in the name of getting money to keep his church open.
This is typical Milligan as the actors have heavy new York accents, but play like it's the 15th century. The acting isn't all that great and some of the sets look like a grade school play, but hey the film does manage to entertain for a meager 56 minute running time.
the budget was $11,000, and I know how difficult it is to make a film like that. I will recommend this for horror fans, and fans of the bizarre in general. See it, and it will open up your eyes to poverty row film making at it's best.
