John was interviewed on this blog about his wonderful book entitled "Man Into Space" which was about his favorite show when he was a child.
John was a one of a kind friend who was always fun to talk to and be around. He passed away last July 30th from brain cancer and I miss the hell out of him.
He will always be remembered by me as a man who could talk ancient war history and then switch gears and talk of one of our favorite films...Robot Monster. Did I say I miss him?
