If you were lucky enough to watch TV monster movies in Southern California during the 60's 70's and 80's you saw Worthington pitching his cars, and what a memory those commercials are.
At his peak he spent 12 million dollars to have his commercials run 50,000 times a year!! No one will ever be like Cal was. His most memorable commercials featured his dog "Spot" which at various times was a lizard, elephant, monkey and many more different animals. He was 92.
