Vincent Price is an old prospector who, along with his granddaughter have found a lot of gold in an old mine. All is well until the arrival of five men who seek to take the gold away.
One of the men starts falling in love with the granddaughter and this leads to further division amongst the group of men. The granddaughter is played by Diana Ivarson who seemed to disappear after this and one or two other roles.
This is the first western I have ever seen that was shot entirely in South Africa and it adds a very different flavor to the usual sagebrush westerns. The ending of the film is very satisfactory and if you are a fan of westerns or Vincent Price, i suggest you see this little gem.
