One of my all time favorites!!
An all star cast appears in this Roger Corman directed classic about the events leading up to the massacre as well as the event itself. Jason Robards is Al Capone, the man who was most involved with the killings and Ralph Meeker is George "Bugs" Moran who was Capone's intended victim in the massacre. The movie is told in a semi-documentary style. The cast is a B movie lovers dream and includes George Segal, Jean Hale, Clint Ritchie, Frank Silvera, Joseph Campanella, Richard Bakalyan, David Canary, Bruce Dern, Harold J. Stone, Celia Lovsky, Kurt Kreuger, Paul Richards, Joe Turkel, Milton Frome, Tom Reese, John Agar, Reed Hadley, Gus Trikonis, Jack Nicholson, Mary Grace Canfield, Charles Dierkop, Alex Rocco, Alex D'Arcy, and Leo Gordon. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
