What caught my eye was the cast of B movie favorites, and that is always hard for me to pass up.
This is a tale about a wagon train that forges thru Indian country looking for a new life out west. When one of the agons has a broken wheel, several people stay behind to hep repair it while the others keep going.
Lance Fuller stars as Jason Clay, a man determined to keep the wagon, which is full of Kentucky rifles out of the hands of the Indians. He and Tobia Taylor (Chill Wills) try and protect the others when Comanche Indians attack and demand that they be given the rifles in exchange for everyone's life.
After much trouble, Jason decides to trust the Comanches, but once they have the weapons they decide to attack and try to kill everyone associated with the wagon.
This was a slow, but fun little western that I really enjoyed. The quality of the print isn't the best but it's very watchable and the color is slightly washed out. However, this shouldn't stop you from watching the movie.
The rest of the cast includes Cathy Downs, Sterling Holloway, Jeanne Cagney, and Henry Hull.
