Steve Allen stars as a college teacher named Steve Macinter who is doing a survey with his students and two pges of the survey involve sexuality, and that is what this movie is about.
When some parents find out about this they go wild. Elisha Cook, Jr. plays Ted Blake, the parent of a student named Sally (Mamie Van Doren) demands that Macinter be fired.
This sets the stage for a courtroom showdown, especially when Macinter is accused of showing prnographice movies to his students. This is a wonderful little film, and while it may be a bit dated it still is a lot of fun to watch.
Once again producer Albert Zugsmith gets a great cast together. Besides the three already mentioned, it also stars Jayne Meadows, Walter Winchell, Mickey Shaunghnessy, Pamela Mason, Herbert Marshall, Ziva Rodann, Cathy Crosby, Conway Twitty, Rocky Marciano, Earl Wilson, Sheliah Graham, and Louis Sobol.
The standouts for me were Mamie Van Doren and Ziva Rodann. Two of the most beautiful women to ever grace a silver screen. I will watch them in anything.
Anyway, this has finally been made available and the Blu-ray also includes some great trailers of other movies Kino has available including several starring the incredibly sexy Van Doren.
This is a recommended release and a highly welcome one.
