I know, I know, I said I would not spend the money of this movie, but I had a strange compulsion at my Hasting's store the other day..lol.
Shout Factory has turned out a simply beautiful widescreen and pristine print of this Japanese classic about a giant turtle awakened by an atomic blast. The new subtitles are very good and if you like Japanese monster movies like I do this is a highly recommended release.
For lovers of movies from the silent era to modern day with an emphasis on horror, sci-fi, exploitation, WIP, westerns and anything of the fantastic and bizarre.
