Lugosi is Dr. Lorenz, who kidnaps brides and takes some fluid from them and injects it into his wife to keep her young.
This is a silly but very engaging premise and the movie moves along briskly to it's very odd conclusion. Elizabeth Russell is Lugosi's long suffering wife, Tris Coffin is another Dr. who suspects Lugosi of foul play, and Luana Walters is a reporter tracking down the murderer.
Great Monogram horror film from the early 40's. Highly Recommended!!
