Kelly works for D.R.A.G.O.N. which is a secret organization that fights crime all over the world. His girlfriend has been kidnapped by a crime lord and Satan worshiper, and Jim takes to the rescue.
The acting isn't much to talk about but there is plenty of action as Kelly takes on assassins, cocaine dealers and deadly midgets...yes you read that right...deadly midgets!
The highlight o the film for me was watching sexy Marilyn Joi as she fails to seduce Kelly an then she is in a sexy as hell skin tight outfit when she and Kelly's girlfriend get into a kung fu battle.
This film was highly entertaining with some hilarious moments that I don't think were intended to be that way. Say what you want about the film, but you have to admit it keeps your attention.
