This collection runs 107 minutes and is full of classic wrestling gems. There are 12 matches contained here.
The first is a great start as we get a Mid-South Coliseum match between Randy "Macho Man" Savage going against Rick Rude. There are two bad guys fighting each other but Rude is so good at playing the heel, the crowd starts cheering for Savage.
Match 2 is from Toronto and features a never before seen match between The Sheik and Andre The Giant. Andre loses as the Sheik throws fire in his face.
The 3rd match is a squash match between the unforgettable Pampero Firpo against Jeff Doney. Firpo easily wins.
Match 4 is a tag team affair between Bruiser Brody and Scott Casey against Kelly Kiniski and The Spoiler. The late, great Brody was always a huge draw in the Texas area and this Studio match shows you why.
Match 5 is from the Mid-South Coliseum with Lance Russell and Randy Hales calling the action. It features King Kong Bundy and Rick Rude going against the unlikely tag team of Jerry Lawler and Randy Savage. A typically wild brawl that made Mid-South so great back in the 70's and 80's.
Match 6 is one of the most unusual matches on the entire set. It features Chief Jay Strongbow vs. Bulldog Don Kent is a Shark Cage Match from Toronto, Canada. Wild and bizarre.
Match 7 is again from the Mid-South Coliseum and is Randy "Macho Man" Savage against Austin Idol. Crazy and totally out of control as was always expected from the southern wrestling belt area.
Match 8 is the oldest match on any of these discs. It comes from the 1950's and features Terrible Ted, The Wrestling Bear vs. Gene DuBois. Ted was a 7 foot 700 pound black bear that wrestled many of the top names in the business. A rare match indeed.
Match 9 is Tommy Rich vs. Rick Rude is a Mid-South brawl that really highlighted Rude who was on the way up, and Rich who was on the way down.
Match 10 has Lance Russell calling the action in a Mid-South match between Nick Bockwinkel against Jerry "The King" Lawler and what a classic meeting it is. Not to be missed.
Match 11 again features Randy "Macho Man" Savage against Austin Idol. It's a hard fought blood bath that Savage wins thanks to his father Angelo Poffo.
The 12th and final match featured here is a confrontation between Bobby "The Brain" Heenan and Cowboy Bob Ellis. With this match Heenan shows why he was one of the greatest heels ever.
