This was made in 1963 and sat on the shelf until 1965 when it was finally granted a small release. A rich doctor sets women up to have sexual affairs with members of the US Government.
This leads to various problems including enemy agents trying to get information out of the girls and various sub-plots involving the doctor and his huge debt he owes a local bookie. The ending is very noirish, yet very fitting for the times.
This film looks like a "Something Weird" release from the 80's on VHS. It's very local, and the New York sttings in the 60's is always great to see, but the movie really lacks something, but I don't know what.
The women are nice looking so maybe it's missing exploitation elements such as teaser nudity. I just don't know. Anyway, if you are the curious type you might want to check this out on TUBI before it's gone.
