George Zucco stars in this old dark house mystery about a group of people stranded in an old hotel during a violent storm that must contend with four murders and some stolen money.
Zucco turns on the menacing charm almost immediately and he is in almost every scene. The missing money totals $50,000 and that is why one of the murders is committed. Glenn Strange is Zucco's assistant and he has a memorable role which includes some comedy, especially with it raining so much. You'll understand when you see the film.
Charles Middleton is the sheriff and Wanda McKay is the lovely woman in distress. All in all a good film of it's type and on I can easily recommend.
