HIT THE ICE 1943 (UNIVERSAL)

Another excellent Abbott & Costello comedy in which they are reporters tracking gangsters to Sun Valley after they have robbed a bank. The police think A&C are the crooks and they must clear their name.
Some great gags including a wild downhill skiing escaspe for Lou from the gangsters played by Sheldon Leonard, Joe Sawyer and Marc Lawrence, and the bearskin rug, which was one of the funniest things i have ever seen in a movie, and it's really a very quick scene.
Good, clean fun and a barrell of laughs make this a winner for film fans, no matter what genre you like best. Highly recommended!!
