MacNee starred in the Avengers TV show as suave John Steed along side Diana Rigg who played Emma Peel. MacNee also starred in such films as "The Howling", "Waxworks 2", "Waxwork", and "Bloodsuckers" along with hundreds of TV shows.
His Avengers role of Steed ran from 1961-1969 and he was in all 161 episodes. He died in California at his home.
