Kino has announced that they will be releasing "The Mask" in a 3-D Blu-ray version. This 1961 thriller is a rare one and a very welcomr addition to any collection. Release date is Nov. 24th. Also slated for release is the 1958 low budget and very fun thriller "Curse Of The Faceless Man". This will be a Blu-ray release as well.
Faceless Man was directed by Edward L. Cahn and is one of my favorite films from the 50's.
Olive has announced a lot of great releases for Oct. 27th including the LONG overdue Amicus thriller "Dr. Terror's House Of Horrors" starring Peter Cushing, Christopher Lee, Donald Sutherland, Jennifer Jayne and many more. Other titles of great interest include "Phase 4", "Deadly Bees", "Breeders", "A Black Veil For Lisa", "Flying Disc Man From Mars" and "Sometimes They Come Back".
As we get closer to Halloween more details will become available. Most of these are appearing for the very first time on digital media. "Dr. Terror's House Of Horrors" is the one I am looking forward to the most.
