Patterson was best known for her role as Wrangler Jane in the 60's comedy show F Troop. While this is her most famous role, she made a few movies such as "Cycle Savages" and the classic "Blood And Lace" which is due out on Blu-ray very soon.
Patterson always brought out a very likable sexiness to any role she had. Sadly, her death has been overlooked in most media outlets, and that is pathetic.
