Several esteemed scientists are being killed around the world just before a major Arms Conference. Chris Cannon (Bruce Penhall) and Mark Austin (Mark Barriere) are called into action.
They enlist the help of fellow agent Samantha Maxx (Samantha Phillips) to protect a top scientist named Antonio Morales (Rodrigo Obregon). Morales fears for his life and well he should.
Julie Strain returns in this film as a different character called The Black Widow, and she sends her minions out to kill Morales. She proves to be quite a match for the government agents.
The action n this film never lets up and there is a lot less filler than in the last Drew Sidaris film. Samantha Phillips is very, very sexy in her role as agent Samantha Maxx and I wish I could have seen her in more productions such as this.
This was the 10th of the Sidaris 12 and a nice recovery from the previous one.
