Robert Clarke stars as an out of work private eye who is hired by a gossip rag to take pictures of famous people in compromising positions. This soon leads to blackmail and murder.
Francine York is the leady running the paper and who is actually taking orders from an unseen boss who only sends her audio tapes with instructions. Interesting little film not entirely without merit and it does have a nice mystery feel to it.
The only problem is that the damn boom mic is seen in many shots and sometimes proves to be a distraction. Recommended for mystery fans.
