Unique anthology movie with Peter Cushing as a man who has evidence that cats are slowly planning on taking over mankind. He visits an editor for his new book about the subject, and hence the three tale sare told. The editor played by Ray Milland is skeptical but listens anyway.
The tales involve a maid trying to steal her employers Last Will and Testament, A young, lonely child and her black cat and a crazed movie actor who kills some kittens.
It is interesting to note that all the stories make the cats seem perfectly normal and the people cruel and crazy, which is actually the case in real life anyway.
Donald Pleasence, Samantha Eggar, John Vernon, and many others make this a winner for fans of anthology films. Made in Canada, this film seems to have fallen thru thr cracks of many horror fans lists of movies to see. Sinister offers up a delicious print at a great price. Recommended!!
