GUEST IN THE HOUSE 1944 (MILL CREEK)

Very well made Film Noir thriller about a young woman brought to a house by her doctor so she can recover from a mental illness and how she begins plotting to destroy their lives.
Anne Baxter is excellent as Evelyn, the woman whose scheming brings about the detruction of many. The cast is rounded out by Ralph Bellamy,Marie McDonald, Margaret Hamilton and Percy Kilbride.
John Brahm directed this tight film that should not disappoint film noir fans.
