Honestly, I never thought I'd see the day when Andy Milligan films were made available on Blu-ray, but wonders never cease.
This bizarre $15,000 wonder concerns the Duke Of Norwich who tortures and murders anyone in his way to the Throne. That is the plot in a nutshell.
Milligan films always fascinate me as they are incredibly cheap and most are costume dramas set in England, but filmed on Staten Island with garish costumes, bad acting and very unconvincing gore.
I will admit I like these films, and it has been a long time since I saw a Milligan film, but here I am telling you about the Code Red Blu-Ray!! The quality is very, very good for this kind of film. I have never seen a Milligan film looking so good. The cast includes many of Milligan's stock company including Neil Flanagan and Susan Cassidy.
This movie does contain one of the best lines of dialogue I have ever heard. The Duke is talking to a young woman and says "I'm not a homosexual, I am neither hetrosexual or bisexual,not even asexual. I'm trisexual, meaning I'll try anything once."
If you're a Milligan fan, I highly recommend this little gem. Thanks to Code Red for making the Blu-Ray available.
