Richard Crane is Rocky Jones and Scotty Beckett is his co-pilot "Winky". It seems that two friends of Jones have been kidnapped and brainwashed by aliens ruled over by an evil woman named Queen Cleolanta played by Patsy Parsons.
Rocky must rescue them before he and his entire party are destroyed. This is totally innocent fun an a good bet for any sci-fi fan who remembers this show. Sally Mansfied is Vena Ray and she added eye candy to the proceedings.
