Tim and Wendy Marsh (Bill Ferrell and Shannon Tweed) seem to have a great relationship with their friends Don and Kim White (Ted Prior and Jodie Fisher).
However, they have a somewhat strained marriage because of high bills and taking care of their children. Don is always trying to tell Tim to take chances and life life to the fullest.
He lets Tim drive his nice car and slowly convinces him to do more bizarre things like sleep with his wife Kim, who likes to "play" and Don says. Tim finds Kim making the moves on him and they plan a onwe night stand.
The next morning Kim is found murdered and thus opens a door to double crosses and more double crosses. The police arrest Tim and he is charged with murder. Only then does the viewer discover that Don and Wendy planned the entire thing in order to get Tim out of the way of their relationship and collect 2 million in a life insurance policy that Don had on his wife.
The movies ends on a very bleak note for Tim, and we see Don and Wendy having a good time on a beach. Hoewever, there is a female detective who isn't satisfied with the results, but the movie ends before anything else happens.
Jodie Fisher gives a great performance as KIm, but I swear NOBODY can top Shannmon Tweed!! She is gorgeous as ever and any male viewer would wonder why Tim would ever cheat on such a stunningly beautiful wife.
The one real odd thing I noticed is that they talk about their children, but you never see them for the entire movie!! Oh well, if you like erotic, twisted thrillers, you might like this one.
Even if you don't...watch it for the gorgeous Shannon Tweed.
