The bubbly and beautiful actress who portrayed Mary Ann on the classic CBS show "Gilligan's Island" passed away at the age of 82.
I don't think I have evr met a person who does not know the show or Dawn in her role. She didn't get may acting jobs after the three year run of the show, but she did apprear in films like "The Town That Dreaded Sundiwn", "Winterhawk" and "Return To Boggy Creek".
However, Dawn herself was always proud of being known as "Mary Ann" and it was her clasim to fame and she held on tight. A fun, nice person to be around, we have lost a huge part of our Television history.
