Corman was born Sept. 24th 1927 and produced his first film entitled "HOT CAR GIRL" in 1958. After that he never looked back as he produced over 30 other films. Many of them for his brother Roger under the FILMGROUP banner.
Some of the other films he produced include "NIGHT OF THE BLOOD BEAST", "ATTACK OF THE GIANT LEECHES", "TOWER OF LONDON", "SKI PARTY", "COOL BREESE", "THE SLAMS" and many more.
Roger and Gene made films that were both entertaining and highly profitable. Many of their films I grew up with and still love to this day. Gene was never in the spotlight like Roger has been, but his influence in films is undeniable.
He passed away on Sept. 28, 2020 at the age of 93, just 4 days after his birthday from natural causes.
