Natalie Cole, the daughter of Nat Cole has died at the age of 65. In 1975 Cole had a monster hit entitled "This Will Be" and it launched a career, that despite ups and downs, remained good.
I grew up listening to her, and there was no one quite like her. Her music stood apart from others of the same time period.
Natalie passed away on Thursday, Dec. 31 according to her publicist. She has left a musical legacy, that while not as high as her late father's, it is something that will live on for many, many years.
