Soul will forever be known as Ken Hutchinson, otherwise known as "Hutch" in the series "Starsky and Hutch" which ran for four years.
He was also a very good singer and had a huge hit here in the USA with a song entitled "Don't Give Up On Us" which has always been one of my favorites from the era.
Soul worked on many films including "Magnum Force", "Disappearance of Flight 412" and "Salem's Lot" which is probably his best known film. I know that out of his entire body of work that that is my favorite.
David Soul passed away on Jan. 4th, 2023 at the age of 80.
