One billion dollars of gold bullion is stolen from a train in Denmark and Matt Helm (Dean Martin) is called in to solve the case in just 48 hours. If he has not solved it and recovered the bullion by that time the world financial markets will collapse.
The maastermind behind the crime is Count Massimo Contini (Nigel Green). Helm finds Contini a more dangerous enemy than expected and her has a beautiful partner in crime named Linka (Elke Sommer) who is just as deadly.
Helm spends a lot of time smooching the women he meets than fighting the crime, but that is what is expected in a film ike this. The movie moves along quickly and there are more gorgeous women in this film than all of the others.
I already mentioned Elke Sommer and you also have Nancy Kwan, Tina Louise and Sharon Tate who pretty much steals the show with her comic ability and super sultry good looks.
I liked this film as the entire series kept me well entertained. These films gert a lot of flack from people, but usually from those who grew up in the 90's or 2000's who don't understand what these are ment to be anyway.
Anyway, if you're inclined check them out on TUBI or Blu-ray.
