This interesting documentary looks at the popularity of horror films from the Edison days to the present. There are hundreds of clips from some of these films and comments from such people as Roger Corman, John Carpenter, George Romero, Larry Cohen and many, many more.
the film is presented in a way that never slows down and the comments by many of these people are very interesting. My only problem is that there are certain people in this film that get overly political when talking about these films. To me, there is nothing political about them. They are movies and that is that.
This is packaged along with a documentary I reviewed a couple of days ago entitled "American Grindhouse". Both are very good if you're a horror and exploitation fan. Recommended!!
