RKO turned this little picture out in 1930, and the story is interesting. A thug from a gang holds up a young couple and steals the last money they have. When the gang leader hears about this he attempts to make it right, and finds himself being ousted from the gang, and arrested for murder along with the young couple.
Based on a very successful play called "Crime" which had 187 runs in New York, this is a film that will hold your attention.
Marian Nixon plays Annebelle, the young woman whose money is stolen and she does the best acting job.
Recommended crime drama.
