Classic film noir starring Lawrence Tierney as a career criminal released from prison who plans a huge bank robbery that goes terribly wrong. He even causes his brother's fiancee to commit suicide after raping her and impregnating her!!
Cynical, downbeat and depressing, this is what film noir is all about!! They can't make good films like this anymore.
The rest of the cast includes Tierney's real life brother Ed Tierney as his screen brother (Scott Brady was also a real life brother), Allene Roberts, Lisa Golm and Stuart Randall.
Highly Recommended classic was restored from the original camera negative in 2008!!
